CHAMOMILE:

Chamomile Tea

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried blossoms in a pint of very hot water. Use this for an upset tummy and diarrhea and to relax a person. Drink it warm before you go to bed to sleep better. Add it to a colicy baby to ease the pain. It will also help with high blood pressure, and relieve stress. Perhaps everyone should drink a little chamomile tea!
